Confirmed Line-Ups: Manchester City vs Chelsea (Premier League)

Manchester City will look to precede their Premier League trophy celebrations on Sunday afternoon with a win in their final home match of the 2022/23 season.

Pep Guardiola’s side were crowned Kings of England for the fifth time in the last six seasons on Saturday evening, after Arsenal’s 1-0 defeat at the hands of Nottingham Forest confirmed a ‘three-peat’ for City.

The securing of the Premier League title once again this season forms part of Manchester City’s historic treble pursuit this season, as they take on Manchester United in the FA Cup final next month, and Inter in the Champions League final in Istanbul.

The match-up with Chelsea is the first of City’s three remaining Premier League matches this season, with trips to Brighton & Hove Albion in midweek and Brentford next weekend remaining in the domestic schedule.

Manchester City come into this weekend’s clash off the back of a monumental 4-0 win against European giants Real Madrid, knocking out Carlo Ancelotti’s side with a 5-1 aggregate scoreline over two-legs.
