Bukayo Saka has signed a new long-term contract with Arsenal.

England star Saka has been in negotiations with the Gunners for several months.

Arsenal have already tied down Aaron Ramsdale and Gabriel Martinelli to fresh deals and are in negotiations with defender William Saliba.

Saka’s deal had been due to run out in 2024, but has now signed for until 2027.

In his announcement video, he said: “It takes time. This club has been a family to me since I was eight years old. It’s given me everything and I’m giving everything back.

“I know how much we can achieve together. Time is on our side.”

He has been in superb form for Arsenal scoring 14 goals and registering 11 assists across all competitions.

His partnership with Gabriel Martinelli has been a huge factor in Arsenal’s return to the Champions League after a five-year absence.

The 21-year-old played his part in filling in for the injured Gabriel Jesus during a key period in the Gunners’ quest to lift the Premier League title.

Saka was also part of Gareth Southgate’s 26-man squad to represent England at the Qatar World Cup, scoring three times as they reached the quarter-final stage.
